Terms of Service

1. Service description

DocTeam is a SaaS platform automating marketing & patient communication for doctors' clinics. The platform researches specialty topics, drafts marketing content (such as blog posts and social captions) in the doctor's voice, helps manage patient enquiries and communications, and tracks on-site SEO. Every draft is a suggestion presented for the doctor's review — nothing is published to a doctor's website or channels without that doctor's explicit approval.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The service is intended for practising doctors and clinics operating in India.

3. Subscriptions, billing & payments

DocTeam is offered as recurring monthly subscription plans, as shown on our Pricing page. Publishing your DocTeam site is free — there is no setup fee on the current offer. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Recurring plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Doctors who paid a one-time setup fee under an earlier version of this offer retain the refund rights described in the Refund Policy — the retirement of the setup-fee SKU does not withdraw those rights.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time. If we fail to deliver a paid service we promised, it is refundable in full; plan limits (such as a set number of changes or content pieces per period) are plan terms rather than grounds for a refund, and your free DocTeam website is not a paid service so there is nothing to refund for it. Doctors who paid the retired one-time setup fee retain the refund rights described there. Cancellation and refunds are governed in full by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your responsibilities

• You review and approve all content before it is published — you are responsible for what you choose to publish.
• You will use the platform lawfully and in line with the advertising and professional-conduct rules that apply to doctors in India.
• You will not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.

6. Our content & intellectual property

The platform, its software and its branding are owned by DocTeam. Content generated for you, once you approve and publish it, is yours to use for your practice. Drafts are provided "as-is" suggestions for your review.

7. No medical advice; disclaimers

DocTeam is a marketing and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor's professional judgement. The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; the Refund Policy governs any amounts due.

9. Referrals — what the programme is, and what it is not

DocTeam runs an invitation programme. A doctor already on the platform can share her personal invitation link with a colleague. The invited doctor's site is built free — which is already true of every doctor's site under the current offer, so the invited doctor is not receiving a discount she was not otherwise entitled to. The referral reward is a free month of Care+ after 2 referred doctors. How a link is issued and when a referral qualifies are confirmed with her by a person.

This programme is about platform access. It is not a patient referral. No commission is paid for introducing a patient, no benefit is contingent on any doctor referring or seeing a patient, and nothing in this programme asks a doctor to recommend the platform in a way that would breach the National Medical Commission (NMC) Regulations 2002, §6.1.1 or §6.4.1. A doctor sharing her invitation link is introducing another doctor to a website-building service, not procuring patients.

Every doctor who forwards an invitation is responsible for the words they choose to send. The advertising and professional-conduct rules that apply to doctors in India (see §5) apply to the message they forward as much as to anything else they publish about their practice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
