Cancellation & Refund Policy

Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work at DocTeam. Plain English, no fine print. The short version: your website is free, and for anything you do pay for, we deliver what we promised or you get your money back.
What you pay for
Publishing your clinic website on a DocTeam address (like yourname.docteam.in) is free. There is nothing to pay for it, and so nothing to refund for it.
What you pay for is a monthly plan, and any optional add-on you choose — a custom domain of your own (like yourclinic.in) is the usual one. This policy covers those paid services: if we fail to deliver one we promised, you get your money back.
When you get a full refund
If we fail to deliver a paid service we promised, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid for it. For example, if a plan feature we committed to is never delivered, or a domain you paid us to register is never registered, email us and we will refund it in full — no arguments.
When a refund doesn't apply
Plan limits are part of the plan, not a delivery failure. If your plan includes a set number of changes, reels or content pieces per period, using them up — or wanting more than your plan includes — is a normal plan limit. You can always upgrade for more, but it isn't a reason for a refund.
Your free DocTeam website is not a paid service, so there is nothing to refund for it. And a period you have already used on a paid plan is a period we delivered — changing your mind about it afterwards isn't grounds for a refund.
Monthly plans — cancelling
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Monthly fees already paid cover the period you've used and aren't pro-rated.
Doctors who paid the earlier one-time setup fee
DocTeam previously charged a one-time setup fee to build and deliver a clinic website. That offer has been retired — the website is now free.
Doctors who paid that fee retain full refund rights under the version of this policy they accepted: a full refund if the website was never built, or if what was delivered did not match the scope and timeline we committed to; and, once the website had been built and delivered as promised, that fee was non-refundable. Retiring the offer does not withdraw those rights. Email us and we will honour them.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email hello@docteam.in with the payment date and we'll take care of it. We review every request and confirm the outcome to you in writing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, and normally reach you within 5–7 business days.
