Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work at DocTeam. No fine print.
If DocTeam isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
After the first 7 days, payments already made are non-refundable and are not pro-rated. You simply keep access until the end of the current billing period, then the subscription ends.
Email hello@docteam.in and we’ll take care of it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay.
